1Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ProSol's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2Services Description
ProSol provides enterprise cloud consulting, AWS migration, architecture design, security, DevOps, and managed cloud services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements.
3User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, providing accurate and complete information, and complying with all applicable laws and regulations when using our services.
4Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on this website are the property of ProSol or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5Service Level Agreements
Specific service level agreements (SLAs), including uptime guarantees, response times, and support coverage, are detailed in individual client contracts. Our standard SLA provides 99.9% uptime for managed services.
6Limitation of Liability
ProSol shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.
8Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice as specified in the individual contract. Upon termination, ProSol will assist with data migration and transition as agreed.
9Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Iraq. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Baghdad, Iraq.
10Changes to Terms
ProSol reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
